4.00PM - 5.00PM
4/5 Milford St,
East Victoria Park WA 6101
What to expect...
Settle in for a 60-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and gentle Koshi chimes.
The intention is simple: to help you unwind, soften, and drop into a deeply relaxed, meditative state—letting go of stress and any “stuck” energy along the way.
You’ll be lying down for the entire session while the sounds wash over you. You might notice subtle vibrations from the bowls, guiding you into deeper relaxation. Some people drift off to sleep, others enter a meditative state or see vivid imagery—every experience is unique.
Your response may feel calming and grounding, or at times a little more emotional or intense. All of it is welcome.
Wear something warm and comfortable, as your body temperature can drop while you’re resting. And be sure to stay hydrated before and especially after the session.
No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
